This past week was possibly the most exhausting week I've had in a very very long time. First I had been sick for about 3 weeks...yes, I know that is a very long time to be sick. The minute I started to feel better, boom, sick again because I was running myself in the ground, taking too much on at one time. Then, I went to NYC for my full time job, for those who don't know, I work for AG jeans and the company was awesome enough to send me to NYC for a week! Umm...sickness, who cares when you're invited to NYC for all expense paid trip right?! And yes, I know it's funny that I work for a denim company and you all only see me in vintage dresses and skirts. Hahahaa, I never wear denim anymore when I am off because I wear it 5 days a week, I love it but I crave diversity in my wardrobe at all times. But I have to say, that's why I love my work at Ag and Dethrose, I can be whoever I'm feeling everyday, I wear many many hats. Not only do I have a lot going on at my full time job, I also have my Etsy and vintage showcases. This is where I spread to thin. Basically working 15 hours a day and crashing for a mere 4 to 5 hours of sleep.
Now I must regroup, focus and learn to take time to myself and relax. I don't have another vintage sale til August 22nd, the Vintage Bazaar, so my time will be Etsy and finding time for my friends. Oh! and of course the new season of Mad Men. I must blog about that later;)
