Oh my gosh! A heat wave has finally reached Chicago! While others may be miserable, I am loving every minute of it. This time has been anticipated for weeks now. Some of you who live here know that this weather always hits us outta nowhere. Literally 4 days ago it was 50 degrees and raining, and then BAM! 87 Degrees and humid!! But I am in heaven:) Sun dresses, clogs, straw bags, iced lattes, sunglasses and walking everywhere!
Today was a whopping 90 degrees and so so sunny. So my dear friend James and I set out to enjoy the weather for a bit. Iced Latte, parfaits and shopping, possibly for Max & Chloe. Perfect day! Outside of the cute little shop Penelopes, we stumbled upon a wall with Ivy so I thought it would be perfect for some blog photos:)

it's overcast and cold here too-and i'm in northern cal. i have family in southern cal and it's cold and gloomy there too. doesn't make sense as it's usually so nice here in may. we haven't had a decent spring-weatherwise-at all. i'm in shock!

That bag is perfection! And I love the Hawaiian dress, too. I need to get some Hawaiian, can't believe I have nothing.. In Finland we had some heat, but now it's gone, hopefully we'll have some again soon.
