So not only did I have a beautiful Christmas visiting my family in Southern Illinois, I got to do a little bit of shopping for myself and Max & Chloe.

Southern Illinois

I always think I'm going to take so many photos but it never turns out that way. I however did talk my mother into letting me take a few photos of her childhood and my grandmother home with me! So those will be in many posts this week! I can't wait actually. They are some of my favorite photos. 

This whole time I have been staying with my brother Jon and my sister in-law Heidi. I love their home so much! It's so warm and cozy and many little things to explore and visit. Not to mention, inspiration!! I wish I had more time here because I have some great Etsy and Blog outfit posts ideas. I think it's hard not to be inspired when staying here:) We've been keeping pretty busy but I have managed to sneak in a few photos here and there.

my favorite time is winter

This holiday season has turned out to be quite good. Being back home always makes me want to stay for a lot longer and soak up all the nostalgia. This trip had to be rushed unfortunately. There is really never enough time But i will have taken so many photos so it will seem like I was here for months! 

I think I had mentioned that 2010 is going to be a big year for numerous reasons. I hope to fill it with love and inspiration. New experiences, new memories and focusing on friends and family. Max & Chloe Vintage will be going through some renovations. This is going to be the most exciting part. New logo, new story and lots of fun and exciting vintage findings!! But until then, here are some pictures of really great Xmas goodies I've received in the past few days! Thank you so much to my family and friends. I feel very loved and I will promise to remember that when negativity comes my way!!

More new accessories

Just a few more accessories listed before the Holidays. Coming soon, clothing, outfit posts and much much more! I promise. I have neglected this little ol blog for too long. A lot of life changes have occurred recently and my vintage store has suffered from it. In my first post I had mentioned that there were about 400 items in my collection. Well add about 100 more to that. So there is a lot of work to be done. This new year will bring much to the table. Max & Chloe is going to become much bigger. A little renovation to the blog and the my Etsy store is going to be under way. So prepare yourselves, it's going to be fantastic!! Yippie, I can't wait!!
